Students of the Horticulture & Agronomy Graduate Group (GGHA Students) is recruiting new officers for the 2017-2018 year!
The following positions are open:
Journal Club Coordinator
Social Team (Social Chair and the committees)
Any Hort&Ag student is welcome to apply. As a GGHA Students officer, your work will help to enrich the grad school life for the group. It is a great opportunity to learn about leadership, teamwork, communication skills, as well as build up the network with (but not limited to) the Hort&Ag cohorts. It is a good experience to add into your CVs.
If you are interested in being a GGHA Students officer, please email Mengyuan Xiao (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your name, year, degree, lab/major professor and the position of interest. The application deadline is Sep. 15 (Fri).
(This recruitment does NOT include the GSA representatives. More details for that will be announced later.)
P.S. The Social Team (except for the Social Chair) is NOT going to be registered in the university system (OrgSync), so there is no limit to the number of members to join the Social Team.
